My path in HR has taken me through Fortune 500 companies, private equity, banking, consulting, and startups. I’ve supported leaders across 20+ states, coached individuals through defining seasons, and helped teams move through tough transitions when trust and communication were at risk. Those experiences have shown me how deeply people want to be understood, valued, and supported, regardless of their title.

Today, I serve as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Heritage Bank of Nevada, Division of Glacier Bank. I work with executives, managers, and employees to strengthen culture, build alignment, and create healthier ways of working together. I believe culture is shaped one interaction at a time, and leadership is expressed in how we treat the people around us.

As a coach and speaker, I help people stop performing and start leading from who they actually are. I focus on moving leaders from people-pleasing to truth-telling, from managing perceptions to building trust…at work, at home, and in every relationship that matters.
